i don't agree with the 'he must be a loser' line. i loved senna and he was a winner, he also had a personality

Anyway you slag, I said it wasn't a massively competitive sport due to the amount of dead wood, not that it wasn't a sport ;o)

I thought he was a dick when he lost to Rosberg a couple of years ago, if that helps?

In fact, I thought it was fucking hilarious.

Re: Lewis Hamilton wins 5th F1 world title
Hamilton will never truly be taken into the hearts of the English unless he ultimately turns out to be a loser.

For the English being successful on the world stage is one thing but to be continually winning and the best is a step too far. So we have a multiple world champion at something but let's instead exaggerate his known and supposed character flaws. Let's cut him down to size, who the hell does he think he is compared to us keypad sages?

I don't think I want to enter into a polarised debate with you because you will just drone on until everybody gets bored bored.

I have been on this site for donkey's years, I know what I see and I have my opinion.

Nobody has cunted off Joshua as a bloke, as far as I'm aware. Khan, probably, certainly yes. That's because he appears to be a bit of a cunt. As does Hamilton. That's why people don't like them.

You don't have to like all people of colour to prove you aren't a racist, you know. Frankly, that would be, er... racist.

You don't have a point.

Is calling him an unpatriotic tax dodging cunt racist too?

'The negativity surrounding Hamilton is because he is black(ish)'

"""Yes. I expect that's why Anthony Joshua, Frank Bruno, Rio Ferdinand, Jason Robinson, Dailly Thompson, Linford Christie, every single member of the great West Indies cricket teams and Pele are so massively unpopular on here."""

I was talking about this forum . Since you bring up Anthony Joshua, I seem to remember a lot on here cunting him off and people like Amir Khan too.

There are many on this site ( The majority, I think) who are not racist, but a lot are.

You know what i was getting at, every season we watch a competition where only 4-5 teams can win it. Does that mean football is not sport?

Grumpster 2:46 Mon Oct 29
Re: Lewis Hamilton wins 5th F1 world title
Everyone can still beat any team in the prem angry, but 75% of the cars in F1 aren't capable of finishing within a lap of the winner and so it's pointless them being there.

They're not even allowed to race and be annoying, they have to get out of the way when being lapped.

So formula one is not a sport because out of the 20 cars only 5/6 can possibly win?...... and you post this on the forum of a premier league football team.

Irony

Orwells - he outdrives his car plenty. This season is a prime example of that. Constantly beating the ferraris which were faster for great chunks of it. The overdriving thing with regard to Hamilton is bollocks. The 2016 engine failure which cost him the title for example was coasting way ahead of everyone and it just blew.

Senna and Clark are just a cut above, and yes I might reserve ‘genius’ for that club of two,but Hamilton is as good as anyone else who has ever stepped into a car. He’s the only driver ever to win a race in every single season he’s competed in, and he’s driven some fucking donkeys, especially from 2009-12.

Why do people hate Hamilton so much?

He always seems to come across alright in interviews, is a serial winner and has bags and bags of talent. I dont really get why people think he is such a cunt.....or if people just jump on the bandwagon and follow the crowd

Not my cup of tea, but I imagine I'd give him a vote for SPOTY this year.

Great achievement and not many individuals other than Geraint deserve it this time around.

Completely agree there Bungo.

Don't get people video recording concerts either. Just enjoy the fucking thing you cunts instead of wasting it by concentrating on your phone.

And selfies are proper weird, go old school and ask someone to take a picture of you!!

Re trying to photo a celeb.

People are very strange now. I went to see U2 the other night (yeah shoot me), and there is one bit where Adam and The Edge play on small risers either side of the arena, one near where I was.

Small sea of held up phones erupts, with many not just taking a photo of the performer, but trying to get themself in the 'selfie' too.

Apparently this has contributed to the demise of Club 18-30 as people now want more exotic locations than Eye-Beefa in their selfies for when they put them on social media!

I'm glad I'm old...
